New Hope Baptist Church

The church was in need of a larger sanctuary, more classrooms, better restrooms, and a new fellowship hall.  The congregation was mid-sized and growing very quickly.  The new addition of 14,000 square feet and the installation of a new kitchen and restrooms in the existing building cost $1,118,000.  The average cost was $75 per square foot for the new and remodeled areas.  The owner sub-contracted the audio and video system themselves.
